Report Issues Promptly
Inspect deliveries when received and notify us as soon as possible about damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Include your order information and photos when applicable.
Eligible Returns
Approved standard-stock returns generally must be unused, unopened, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Restocking or return-shipping charges may apply and will be disclosed before authorization.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom kits, personalized goods, special-order products, clearance items, opened hygiene or personal-care products, and items marked final sale may not be returnable unless defective or supplied incorrectly.
