These terms apply to use of the Prairie Cornerstone Supply Co. website and to quote requests submitted through it.
Quotes and Orders
Submitting a quote request does not create an order or payment obligation. Pricing, taxes, availability, delivery charges, substitutions, and payment terms are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
Product Information
We aim to keep product descriptions and images accurate. Packaging, colours, specifications, availability, and supplier details may change. We will confirm material substitutions before finalizing an order when reasonably possible.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, quantity, delivery, and purchasing information and for reviewing the final quote before approval.
Website Availability
We may update or temporarily suspend the website or catalogue without notice. We are not responsible for losses caused by interruptions outside our reasonable control.
